Oncet 3D is a combination of Montelukast, Fexofenadine and Acebrophylline. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and improves symptoms of allergies. Fexofenadine is an anti-allergic which relieves symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

• Acute and chronic bronchitis
• Sinusitis
• Allergic rhinitis
• Moderate to severe COPD

Each Film Coated Tablet of ONCET-3D contains:

1 tablet once daily

Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, skin rash, flu-like symptoms, urticaria, itching, drowsiness, dizziness, breathing difficulty, headache, increased white blood cell count.

Oncet 3D may cause drowsiness or dizziness.
